Thirty-two well-trained participants came, paddles in hand, to show off their skill. Family, friends and staff from surrounding companies came to cheer competitors on. Food trucks lined the street and fine beverages were served by the folks at Vespr.
Through open bay doors, competitors and spectators alike lined walls and watched as players were eliminated. The games came to a head when Andrew Shon and Marshall Head faced off in the finals. In a relentless final game, Andrew Shon came out as the victor.
It was an honor hosting so many fantastic people in one place. It served as a reminder of the incredible things the creative community is doing abroad and locally. We were united by our love of making fantastic things (and by custom shirts commemorating the event).
