Real Thread is a custom apparel printing company located in sunny (read: hot 😅) Orlando, Florida. We're known for our super soft custom t-shirts—printed using eco-friendly, water based inks that soak right into the fabric and never crack or peel! We also bring designs to life via other customization methods—like embroidery—so there's really no limit to the cool stuff we can create. Maybe we've watched too many episodes of "Whose Line is it Anyway?" but we like to answer most questions with a "Yes, and..." rather than limiting ourselves to any one thing.

We are small, but mighty—and when you become a part of our team, you're so much more than a number. Once a month we all come together for a lunch in which we celebrate wins, talk through challenges, and eat tacos/pizza/wings together. It's kind of the best.
Oh, also: unlike many large-scale print shops, we print with eco-friendly water based inks—which are safer to handle, better for the planet, and result in a softer, longer-lasting print. Because we believe that looking your best today doesn't have to come at the cost of the planet's best tomorrow 😇
We like to think of it as the perfect meeting place of art and science. There are a lot of steps (and a lot of team members!) that go into screen printing, but the gist of it is: using some really cool equipment, we take the customer's dream design and print it onto the garment of their choice, usually in fairly high quantities. Mockup artists, ink mixers, press operators, quality control specialists, and more are all involved in the process of bringing the design to life.
