Easy ordering - Nice product!

Because everyone at Real thread, especially Nicole Senespleda, has been nothing short of amazing to work with. Delivery has also been consistent and on-time, the mock-ups have always been accurate and easy to modify if needed, and overall I just feel like the company cares. It would be great if real thread offered customized boxes or other "welcome package" materials so it could be my "one stop shop"

Expensive Delay in delivery

Comfortable shirts, good customer service/ communication. Really all I could ask for. It is a little annoying though that a double sided sample is twice as expensive, it's hard to know how something will actually turn out, so I had a lot of anxiety about such a major purchase.

Great quality product. I really struggled with the web site’s UX. The magic link was a pain in the ass, having to always go back to my email and re-log in. Not being able to easily save concepts into my account was a pain. Frankly the architecture of the site was kind of confusing. I’d click the logo to go back to the main page and I’d end up having to sign back in. The reason any of this worked out was because I focused on just one product and got it done in one sitting whereas I’d rather have worked on a few products over a few days before pressing order.

I choose because you offer quality fitted shirts, great customer service, and I received 5 extra shirts in my order. I also prefer companies that allow me to customize my shirt and then their professionals made sure everything is positioned/placed properly. I like options such as custom tag printing, folding and bagging with size stickers. This are the small details that my customers appreciate. Hopefully you still have my order on file so I can restock in the future. I also look forward to ordering beanies once you get them and hoodies once they become more reasonably priced :)

They are highly responsive, but I think the proof process could have been better at highlighting the stock being printed on. Focused more on graphics than colors. Honestly, though their customer service was top notch :) .

All our Alexa for Apps swag (t-shirt, hoodie and face mask) turned out great! The printing was very clear and had the correct colors. Fabric were soft and so comfy.

" My questions were answered quickly and the mockups were sent back within 24 hours for approval. T-shirts and Hoodies look awesome! Liv kept in regular contact through the whole process from order to shipment and delivery. She emailed me to let me know that the order had arrived before I even noticed it at my door myself. I will definitely place more orders with Real Thread! It's nice to find a company that you can tell loves their job and stands behind their product. COVID has been a challenge for everyone however I find many companies these days use the pandemic as an excuse. Slow response times and late deliveries have been constant issues that my company has been dealing with from our vendors. Not true for Real Thread. Good Job Guys!
