Logo printing was amazing throughout different sizes. Hoodies are a slim fit that is a bit longer than most hoodies, which was unexpected, but people liked a lot better in the end. Fabric feels great (even after washing) and overall super comfortable!
Real Thread has an amazing UI and a customer service team to match. On top of that, they're fast and affordable. I think they have super powers – not sure how they do it.
I was tasked with designing, and ordering some shirts to have ready for a hackathon. It's been years since I ordered tees and honestly I didn't know where to start nor who I used to use way back when. The stretch, fit and material used for this product was perfect for our company tshirts. Everyone loves the tailored look and the length of the shirts are perfect.
The T-shirts are soft and wont shrink in the wash. I love the screen print design that is in the cloth of the t-shirt and not sticking up off of the shirt. Great quality.
The fabric is soft with a little stretch. It fits snug, so if you like a looser fit go up 1 size. I love the fit and the feel. This fabric took the ink very well. I had an image with 7 different colors on it and the image was soft flexible and NOT STIFF like other clothing companies.
We worked directly with Mo and it was a great experience. The shirts came quickly and were exactly what we were expecting. They were printed very high quality, fit consistently through the different sizes, and washed/dried VERY well--no fading or shrinkage whatsoever!
I wanted a unisex tank top but wasn't sure what to go with and Rob picked out one that turned out to be extremely popular with my clients. They were a huge hit!
We default to the TR401 whenever we can. It feels the nicest of all the standard options, and we only ever get compliments on them. That said, they only come in six colors, so I can't use them nearly as often as I'd like to. Pro-Tip: TR301 is the women's/fitted cut version, though sometimes these are available in *even* fewer colors.
It's a good classic cut, and it doesn't feel too heavy (I tend to like lighter-weight shirts). I think the most important thing to note with this shirt is that for the best fit it needs to be washed first. I think it's great for the price.

The fit and feel of the shirts are ideal. When they say soft they mean soft. They handled a fairly low detail/low resolution design and made it look great!
I went on a long journey of trying to find the right shirt that was both eco friendly and comfortable. I emailed real thread awhile back trying to get more on their eco friendly options. I had the pleasure of speaking to Rob via email for several weeks. I cannot say this enough but Rob was a HUGE help through the whole process. I told him I was interested in a company called recover brands who offer great quality eco friendly shirts. Because of him and the rest of the real thread team, I was able to get my shirts from the company I wanted and with my design on it. The print on the shirt came out great. It’s soft and comfortable and good for people who like to workout too. The only thing I will say is in regards to the size. Most times I wear a men’s medium and they fit good. Not too tight, not too loose. However, this medium was a little snug. I don’t mind wearing tight shirts, but for someone not looking for a fitted shirt, I suggest ordering one size up from what you normally wear. I also ordered a large and that fit me well. It was a little bigger and longer, but the shirts are made of 50% up cycled cotton and 50% recycled polyester. Overall, the shirts are awesome and working with real thread was an absolute pleasure.
Our team really liked the feel of these shirts. We've ordered from other companies and find that the larger prints can feel like you have a big sticker slapped on your back, but the water soluble ink really takes away that concern. It feels so much nicer to wear!
I love the Tee shirts!!! They are exactly what I had in mind. They are soft and plenty long enough. The colors are true to the online pictures. The unisex sizing was close. I'm glad I was told to order down a size. It worked perfectly. Thanks again for the quick turnaround. Everything has been better than I expected. The customer service has been excellent!
We've been using Custom Ink for years and although they did a good job, there was something missing. The attention to detail and the personal connection. Having a project manager who cares about each order has made it so we can achieve complicated designs that we would not have tried with other online shirt makers.

This is our go-to shirt for every occasion. The fit is perfect for wearing out and about and the feel is like an old shirt you wanna snuggle under the blankets with. Combine that with all the colors options and I would argue this is the best shirt on the market.

We ordered these shirts for our national archery competition. The shirts were great! The design showed up well, fit great, and the material was very soft. It was definitely a highlight for our event as it was a welcome change from the normal cotton shirts at other events.
Our team chose the American Apparel Women's 2102W (and we also chose the American Apparel Men's 2001). The shirt quality is great and the material is soft, however, the women's shirts ran SO small! Especially in the arms and chest. We had to size up every single woman, some even by two sizes. Luckily, Joey at RealThread was very accommodating, and helped us resolve the issue as best as possible.
Fit and feel are amazing for the price. I love the shirt, and so have all of my customers. The only dislike I have is that the printing seems to fade a lot after a few washes.
