I had an open order from weeks ago. Thought it had closed so I put in another order, but second time around I forgot to send a logo for the tags. Fortunately enough, I didn’t have to tell my account manager, he had already used the logo from the previous order. Process was a breeze.

Everything from design conception to final order submission was very easy and flawless…suuuper responsive! Great experience!

The team did a fantastic and efficient job translating my order into a workable design, using the text font and colors I requested. My issues were: 1) I didn’t know upfront that you could not scan and use my artwork but instead made your own computerized version. Less personal in the end. But I can live with it. 2) the color chart was very different from what Joey ended up showing me. All in all, the team did a nice job. I am a satisfied customer.

Everyone was very friendly! There were a few times where the wrong info was given (was given the wrong price list) or before I started my order I asked if a coupon I had would work and they said yes and that it would be added to my account. But I needed to re-confirm during check out because it was not added to my account. I was told the coupon had expired but they still honored it anyway! So I appreciate that.

Joey was so accomodating and helpful. It was nice to know a real human being had eyes on my order and making sure it got through production without a hitch!

Bre followed up with us and followed through as our order took us some time to finalize and execute. Every time we reached out with a question or inquiry, she responded promptly and with great energy.

Right now we're paying to reprint of 200 shirts because the tag shows through the white shirts. The explanation made sense, the tag should be thin lines because it's normal to have it see through. I just wish we had been told that when they saw how bold our tag was.

Rob is so patient & efficient. I know you guys pride yourselves on exceptional customer service & you always deliver it! Ive had some issues in the past with orders but it's never a customer service issue - the biggest issue was a garment issue claiming to be water resistant (raincoats) but they weren't. I sent one back to Rob & he is looking into it! We spent ALOT on them & the team was a disappointed when they didn't keep them drier then their t-shirts but Im hopeful we will find a solution!
