We have tight timeframes and Real Threads was able to accommodate and enable a key aspect of our event which is our merch. We're big Real Thread fans!

My first time with realthread, long time customink customer - don’t have the goods yet but so far so good. Only thing I’d say was there wasn’t a place for me to specify what style ink I wanted used (soft/bold) unless I missed it.

I originally placed an order a couple months back. I was unhappy with the size of the logo and placement and chose to go elsewhere. Joey reached out to me to see if there was anything he could do to help and let me know to reach out if there were future needs. That was awesome... After seeing other masks and the new mask "styles" I decided that I would go back to my original design for the next order. I emailed Joey, he took care of it, including my endless questions. He's an asset to the company and will be my first choice in the future.
